T-Paths FAQ
Everything you need to know about shareable training programmes in Axis Echo.
T-Paths are training programmes you can design, publish, and share with anyone. Follow a programme from someone you trust, adapt it to your gym and goals, and subscribe to updates when they refine it. Your copy is always yours - even if the publisher changes or removes theirs.
Getting Started
What is a T-Path?
A T-Path (Training Path) is a structured workout programme - a defined set of workouts, exercises, sets, reps, and rest periods. You can design your own, share it with others, and subscribe to programmes published by people you trust.
How do I create a T-Path?
Go to Manage T-Paths in the app and build your programme workout by workout. Set your split type (Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, etc.), add exercises, sets, reps, and rest times. Save it to your gym when ready.
Do I need to create a T-Path to use one?
No. You can browse and adopt T-Paths published by others without creating your own. Search by share code or username in the T-Path Library.
Sharing and Publishing
How do I share a T-Path?
Go to Manage T-Paths, tap Share on the programme you want to publish. An 8-character share code is automatically generated. You can share the code directly or share your @username and people can browse your published programmes.
What is the difference between Private and Social publishing?
Private codes work for anyone you share them with directly but expire after 30 days of no use. Social programmes are permanently discoverable by anyone searching your @username - useful if you want to build a public programme library.
Can I unpublish a T-Path?
Yes. Toggle publishing off at any time. Your subscribers are notified. Anyone who already adopted your programme keeps their copy - unpublishing only stops new people from importing it.
Importing and Adapting
What is the difference between saving and adopting a T-Path?
Saving stores a reference to the T-Path in your library so you can come back to it. Adopting creates actual workout copies in your gym that you can train from. You can save first to preview, then adopt when you're ready to commit.
What happens during adaptation?
When you adopt a T-Path into your gym, the app matches the programme's exercises to the equipment available in your gym and flags any mismatches. If you have health considerations, it can suggest safer alternatives for certain exercises. You review the suggested adaptations and confirm before the workouts are created.
What if my gym doesn't have the equipment for some exercises?
Those exercises are flagged during adaptation. You can manually substitute a different exercise, or the AI can suggest alternatives. You don't have to use the programme exactly as designed.
Updates and Subscriptions
Can I subscribe to updates from a T-Path publisher?
Yes. After adopting a T-Path, toggle "Subscribe for Updates". When the publisher makes changes, you'll get a notification. You can view exactly what changed and choose whether to apply the update to your adopted version.
What if I don't want to apply an update?
Updates are always your choice. Dismiss the notification and your programme stays as it is. You can view and apply updates at any time from the T-Path Library.
Do share codes expire?
Private codes expire after 30 days of no use. Social codes don't expire. If a private code expires, the publisher can generate a new one.
What happens if a publisher deletes their account?
Their T-Paths are unpublished and subscribers are notified. Any programmes you already adopted stay in your gym - they're your copies now.
